Legend has it that the forefather Yuyan saw an immortal drinking wine by a stream when he enjoyed night views, so he built Houxian (waiting for the immortal) Platform. It is said when you sit and meditate here and cross your arms across the chest, an immortal will come to talk with you and make you totally enlightened.
